The Entomology Wrap is a rectangular shawl that features a host of beautiful critters – butterflies, dragonflies, bees, and baby dragonflies - as well as leaves and divider rows made of the bead stitch. Each motif is presented as a separate section to give you creative control over your final creation. You can make it as written or you can delete motifs, repeat motifs, and/or change their order. This means you can also change the width of the shawl to suit your needs.

This pattern is an intermediate pattern with the leaf motif providing a particular challenge as it is worked at a 90º angle to the rest of the wrap. If you are an adventurous beginner, you might want to still give it a go. Options for fringe or tassels to finish the wrap off are included in the instructions. Happy hooking!
