The Equity Cowl was created for the We The People yarn club by Lady Dye Yarns. Purple was used in the fiber community to as symbol of unity in exercising our right to vote. We continue the movement with this project.

This pattern assumes basic knowledge of simple Tunisian Crochet stitches, increasing and binding off.

Changing colors- On the last pull through, yarn over with both colors, drop the color not used, cut. On rows where changes are frequent, carry the colors by yarn over with both colors at the end of each row.

The cowl is made in rows with a stitch connecting the ends. That means no seaming!
