Notes
There is a little bit of yarn ball juggling involved with this knit, but the end result is well worth it. I recommend organizing your balls on your lap or wherever you are knitting each time you begin and end the double knit section, to keep things from getting too tangly!
There is no true RS or WS for this design, as the beauty of all three of these techniques is that they are reversible, they are just designated here in the pattern to make it easier to read! It might be helpful to think of your shawl as having a light side and a dark side (where the light color is the dominant color for the center panel and vice versa for the dark side!)
Pro Tip: When I knit this shawl, I thought of the Light side as the (RS) and the dark side (WS); so I could easily keep track of when to work my Marl Magic increase rows: when the light side is facing me.
