This is a very warm neck cozy featuring my “faux bobble” stitch. You can make your bobbles by doing chains instead of working them the traditional way. In this case, the result is a fabric that has the appearance of cascading “petals”.

The peplum is worked first, then the 1 3/4” neckband, and then the collar ruffle.
