In these mittens I knitted for my brother Erlend, I have combined two classic design elements:
The stylized big lily; «vaerhornsrosa», and a floral leaf design.
This big rose was called «vaerhornsrosa“ in Norway, because its curved tips resemble a ram’s horns. For the palm of the hand, I chose a patchwork-like pattern.
