Erwarmt is a lightweight pair of gloves knit in fingering weight yarn. They are knit in Lorna’s Laces Solemate, which includes Outlast, a new fiber that interacts with the body’s temperature to moderate temperature from being too hot or too cold. I thought this fiber would be great for gloves, but any fingering weight yarn would work well.

The simple plait cable gives a little decoration without complicating the pattern. Cables on the pinky and ring finger take a short trip from the side of the hand to the top of the finger.
