Welcome to the Escape Beanie.

Thank you for stopping by. You will LOVE this beanie. Super quick knit that is going to become a firm favourite, with everyone wanting you to make them one.

If you’ve already seen the Escape Cowl, you will know I have a love for all things geometric. This beanie was the natural next step after the cowl.

This is knit in the round from the bottom up, starting with a simple 2x2 rib section followed by an easily flowing pattern that is essentially just seven different rows of knits and purls, finished off with a decreasing section that carefully maintains the pattern flow.

There are handy progress check boxes at the end of each row so you can keep a visual track of where you are.

As always, I can’t wait to see your fabulous knits. Start a project page and allow me to vicariously live through your knits.

If you like the look of this pattern it would be a huge help to me if you would give it a like, as I have an overflowing notebook of ideas and this helps me understand what to work on next. Your support of my little dream is so appreciated. Every ‘like’ helps and it’s a known fact I do a tiny happy dance each time I get a notification. I am a terrible dancer!
