Knit an easy cape to wear this fall to stay warm. It knits up fast on big needles. This cape is knit sideways in short row wedges with a little lace at the bottom edge. Add buttons or knit and wear as a shawl. You’ll need 380 yards of a bulky weight yarn and size 11 (8 mm) knitting needles, 3 stitch marker, and 4 buttons. The cape is about elbow length measuring 24” at neckline x 17” long x 57” around. Instructions are given for modifying the pattern to make a smaller, larger, or longer cape, or shawl. The 3 page pattern has written instructions.
