Escargot Begonia Decor
The Escargot Begonia Decor crochet pattern takes its name from the snail-like curl at the base of each leaf. This Marilyn Smith original design captures the distinctive shape, spiral movement, and textured look of the real plant.
This fully illustrated pattern includes video tutorials to help you create the leaves and work floral wire under key rows for shaping and structure.
To complete the plant decor, you will need additional craft supplies such as Styrofoam, floral wire, floral tape, and a wicker basket or pot. For a full, lush arrangement, plan on using 8 balls of the suggested thread.
Finished leaf size: approximately 8 inches high by 7 inches long.
