Estella Dress is worked bottom up. You start both the skirt and sleeves with a picot edge in a contrasting color and then work in lace pattern. Skirt and sleeves are then places on the same needle and the yoke is worked in the round with raglan dec with a twist; dec are only worked on the body. About halfway through the yoke you start working back and forth instead to create an opening in the back. When the yoke is almost done you work a row of dec across the sleeves to give the sleeves a puffy effect.
