The Étaín blanket is the perfect cold weather “cozy up by the fire” blanket. It’s shape and texture are perfect for adding some lofty eclecticism to your home. Due to its super bulky weight yarn, it’s a relatively quick knit that sports a fabulous repetitive pattern that is both easy to memorize and keeps things interesting. Check The Moxie Proxy blog for tips and tutorials related to this pattern, like creating the perfect chunky pompom or a German Short Row tutorial.

This blanket is worked flat and the body and borders are worked simultaneously (so no picking up stitches or afterthought borders).
