Etobicoke is an inner suburb of Toronto. Many of the streets are numbered down by Lake Ontario, and this hat was inspired by the ordered streets. To make the hat longer into a slouchy beanie, simply add repeats of the 8-row purl and knit design.

Knit from the bottom up, this hat contains a simple design that is perfect for showcasing tonal hand-dyed yarn.

Level of Difficulty: Easy

Sizing:
One size for adults. The hat is easily customizable if you want to make a smaller hat for children or babies. Use smaller needles and thinner yarn to make this hat for smaller heads. Or, since the decreases are in 10-stitch repeats, cast on fewer stitches in multiples of 20.
