·The light grey tee is made with Hør silke col.510 & Cashmere lace col.101 by Gepard Garn.
·The dark grey tee is made with Kumula col.540 & Cashmere lace col.540 by Gepard Garn.
DESIGN OVERVIEW
The Etta Tee is worked top-down in stockinette stitch. It begins with the back, which is worked flat with increases to shape the shoulder slopes, then continued down to the armholes. Stitches are picked up along the shoulder slopes to work the left and right front flat, with increases to shape the neckline. The front sections are then joined and worked as one piece to the armholes. Underarm stitches are cast on, and the body is joined to work in the round to the hem, finished with 2x2 rib. Stitches are then picked up around the armholes to work the sleeves. The sleeves are shaped first with short rows, then worked in the round with decreases, and ending with 2x2 rib. Finally, the neckline is finished with 2x2 rib.
SIZE GUIDE
The sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 80-85 (85-90) 90-95 (95-100) 100-110 (110-120) 120-130 (130-140) 140-150 cm 31½-33½ (33½-35½) 35½-37½ (37½-39½) 39½-43¼ (43¼-47¼) 47¼-51¼ (51¼-55) 55-59 in.
The Etta Tee has a relaxed fit and is designed to have approx. 15 cm 6 in of positive ease, with the larger sizes featuring less ease to ensure a more balanced and comfortable fit. This means the garment’s measurements will be approx. 15 cm 6 in larger than your bust circumference, depending on the size. Measure your body before you begin to choose the size that fits best. For example, if your bust (or the widest part of your upper body) measures 95 cm 37½ in, you should knit a size M. The finished garment for size M is 110 cm 43¼ in, which gives approx. 15 cm 6 in of positive ease.
MEASUREMENTS

Note that the finished measurements can only be achieved if you maintain the correct gauge throughout the project.
GAUGE
20 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 in in stockinette stitch on 4 mm US 6 needles.
Swatches are measured after washing and blocking. Adjust needle size as needed to match gauge.
SUGGESTED NEEDLES
4 mm US 6, 40 and 80 or 100 cm 16 and 32 or 40 in circular needles, and double-pointed needles in the same size unless the Magic Loop technique is used.
3 mm US 2½, 40 and 80 or 100 cm 16 and 32 or 40 in circular needles, and double-pointed needles in the same size unless the Magic Loop technique is used.
SUGGESTED YARN
250 (250) 300 (300) 350 (350) 400 (400) 450 g Hør Silke by Gepard Garn (50 g = 175 m 191 yds) or 125 (125) 150 (150) 175 (175) 200 (225) 250 g Kumula by Gepard Garn (25 g = 145 m 159 yds) held together with 50 (75) 75 (75) 75 (75) 100 (100) 100 g Cashmere Lace by Gepard Garn (25 g = 330 m 360 yds). Keep two strands of yarn held together throughout the process.
You can use a single strand of either Hør Silke by Gepard Garn or Kumula by Gepard Garn, without adding Cashmere Lace, with the same usage. Please note that in this case, the knitted fabric will be thinner and airier.
Alternative yarn: This design can be worked either with a single strand of yarn or with two strands held together. For a single-strand version, look for one of the following options: a classic plied cotton-linen blend yarn at approx. 100–110 m 109–120 yds per 50 g, or a chainette cotton-linen blend yarn at approx. 150–175 m 164–191 yds per 50 g, or a brushed cashmere/wool/other animal-fiber yarn at approx. 140 m 153 yds per 25 g. For a two-strand version, choose a DK-weight cotton-linen blend at approx. 175 m 191 yds per 50 g, or a brushed cashmere/wool/other animal-fiber yarn at approx. 140 m 153 yds per 25 g held together with one strand of lace-weight yarn at approx. 210–350 m 230–383 yds per 25 g.
