This is a collared cape; one of the two cover projects from the Create Vintage Glamour pattern supplement enclosed with Let’s Knit! Magazine 36, November 2010, intended for knitting with that issue’s free 7mm circular needle. The cape is joined at the front with two press studs (poppers or snaps), covered by two 1.5cm buttons.

The cape is knitted flat and in one piece. It has bobbles, cables and a picot bottom cast-off edging. It is designed as a set with the other pattern in the pamphlet, Rosetta.

Additional materials:
Two 1.5cm buttons
Two press studs (poppers or snaps)
Cable needle

Alternative yarn:
Wendy Mode Chunky

There is no stitch diagram or chart, but there are two panels explaining how to knit bobbles and how to pick up neckline stitches for the collar.
