I absolutely LOVE this fluffy, textured stitch used in this triangular shawl. I originally made the shawl using Blue Heron Rayon Metallic for a dressy coverup to wear to a wedding. Then I thought I would like another version of it to wear for less formal occasions, so I made it using KFI’s Painted Desert. I wear it ALL the time with jeans. I will make it again using Berrocco’s Sesame to obtain a totally different look without growing tired of having the same shawl made from three different yarns. All three yarn choices are knitted with two strands held together. The Blue Heron was knit on Size 10 1/2 needles. The KFI and Berrocco yarns with Size 15 needles.
