Ever so light~ this pretty does live up to its name.

This sweet shawlette is the perfect dainty cover up for the warmer weather when you want to have the lightest of fabrics covering your shoulders. Knitted in an easy garter stitch for the most part and finished with another easily knitted lace border, a Zig Zag Chevron pattern.

As shown, the blocked measurements are: 41” long, 17/5” deep, can easily be made larger in both Part 2 and 3.

The pattern is written and has a lace chart for your knitting pleasure.

C1 - 1 Skein of Lofty, 280 yards in varying lace, light fingering and fingering weights in 40 yards each in 7 color and texture changes.
Color way: I-Heart
C2 - 1 Linen cake, a blend of linen/viscose, 197 yards in a fingering weight. There is plenty of yarn left to add at least 9 more inches to your shawl. Color used here: Burgundy

Darning needle for finishing.

Gauge 12 sts and 24 rows in Garter stitch with size 7 needle.
