Love the look of cables but didn’t want to fuss with knitting cables? This toe-up, mock cable pattern is for you! While it is written for two-at-once socks you can just as easily work them on at a time. Totally your choice.

The pattern works equally well with either a cotton blend or super wash wool. Makel one color socks or mix it up and try toe and heel in a contrasting color or even add in color blocks of all your left over sock yarn! Have fun.

So here it is -- How to knit socks that fit YOUR foot. Take a few measurements of your foot for a custom fit or use the sizes listed below.

Small: 7.75” circumference ball of foot or Ladies US size 7-8
Medium: 8.75” circumference ball of foot or Ladies US size 9-10
Large: 9.75” circumference all of foot or Ladies US size 11/ Men’s 9-10

Using two colors? 220 yards each of main color and contrast color for a total of 440 yards.

Love the pattern? I’d love to hear from you and see photos of your finished socks!
