I used Arctic Krafts worsted weight wool yarn. Arctic Krafts is a fellow Alaskan that hand dyes yarn and sells her yarn on etsy. Her shop name is ArcticKrafts (beautiful yarn!).

Most worsted weight yarns, such as Cascade 220, Lion Brand Wool Ease and the like will work very well with this pattern.
