Stash buster! Last-minute gift! I have been knitting these for my kids for years. Together we create stories for each bunny. A quick and meaningful project overall. This is a unique way to connect with kids both neurotypical and neurodivergent.

Any medium weight (#4), or worsted. or sport weight. Great project for stash yarn. I’ve used fancy yarn and thrift-store-bought acrylic yarn. I’ve even mixed yarn weights in one bunny. Ultimately, it is up to you on which yarn to use because you’re the artist! In the cover photo, the bunnies were made from my stash yarn using medium weight and sport weight.

Needles:
US #3 / 3.25mm 9” (23cm) circular, DPNs US #3 / 3.25mm.
Gauge: not necessary as it is not a fitted garment.

Other Notions:

•Tapestry needle
•Embroidery Floss: Pink (any shade) and Black
•Sewing Needle
•Fiberfill for doll making
•1 piece of white paper, regular size
•Felt tipped pen
•Scissors

Knit in the round.

I have added photos and video tutorials throughout the pattern.

In my previous iteration of this pattern, I had instructions on how to knit a tiny triangle scarf for the bunny. If you’d like that, just reach out to me and I’ll send along those instructions. :slightly_smiling_face:
