If you have ever bought just a single skein of something you LOVED but just couldn’t decided if you wanted to make…. maybe a cowl, ear warmer, slouchy beanie, or one of those super cool ponytail hats then here is your solution! This pattern will work up into a piece that acts as all of them so toss it in your purse, diaper bag, glove box or luggage to have something on hand to keep warm every which way you choose.

Sizing notes this is easily alterable by reducing or increasing the amount of chain stitches you do in the first step HOWEVER I do not recommend this pattern for children as it is worn closely around the neck and might pose a strangulation hazard.
