Modern Daily Knitting Field Guide No. 18: Beginnings is the start of all sorts of new fun!

This perfectly proportioned neck warmer cries out to be knit, and worn, over and over.

The elements are simple: an easy-to-memorize textured rib fabric, a funnel shape. The tricks are shrewd: starting off knitting a flat rectangle, then joining the stitches into a circle to knit in the round, on a smaller needle, leaving a single open seam that can be positioned wherever the wearer likes, for maximum style.

Find this yarn in the MDK shop.
