Finished Size:

  • Stones Pattern: 10½“ circumference and 5” tall
  • Leaves Pattern: 9” circumference and 9” tall
  • Flower Pattern: 10¾“ circumference and 7½” tall.

Yarn:

  • Harrisville Designs New England Shetland (100% wool; 217 yd 200 m/50 g): #38 teak (A), #14 woodsmoke (B), #8 hemlock (C), #7 tundra (D), and #40 topaz (E), 1 skein each will make several covers, depending on size.
  • Harrisville Designs Orchid (25% mohair, 70% wool, 5% cashmere; 240 yd 221 m/100 g): #243 juniper (F), #249 golden curry (G), and #252 aztec red (H), small amount each for embroidery.

Needles: Size 3 (3.25mm): straight. Size 2 (3 mm): set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Markers (m); tapestry needle.
