Written for the beginner, this could easily be converted to work in the round, although instructions are for knitting flat and seaming.
Some use of short rows. Explanation included.
Gauge is unimportant, as long as its tight enough not to show stuffing.

I used DK,fun fur and size 3mm needles to create a 14cm (5 1.2inch) minion. Brand is unimportant.
Uses less than 10g of each.
Features can be made using felt although knitting instructions are also included.
