This is a quick and easy knit. I have included links to some helpful video tutorials that helped me in designing this Unit. Handspun is also great for this project. Please enjoy!

Since I wear glasses now, I figured why not make a pretty case for them so they don’t get all finger printed when I take them off. This rectangular pouch will also fit DPN’s and other knitting accessories.

Finished Size:
This pouch can be made taller or shorter to suit your needs. I made mine 6.5” x 3.25”(17 cm x 8 cm).

Materials:
Yarn:
I used approx. 35 g of Malabrigo Mecha but any bulky weight yarn will work. You will also need a scrap piece of yarn for the provisional cast on.
Needles:
4mm (US 6) dpn’s. Crochet hook for
provisional cast on same size or larger.

Notions:
Tapestry needle, 1”(2.5 cm)button.

Gauge:
20 sts/32 rows per 4”(10 cm) in stockinette st.

Abbreviations:
ssk - slip slip knit
st/sts -stitch/stitches
RS/WS - Right side/Wrong side of work
k2tog - knit 2 sts together
