Faber Cardigan is a long, relaxed cardigan with a simple fit and a distinctive aesthetic. It is worked from the top down in a simple, graphic lace pattern and finished with an i-cord edging along all edges.

Faber Cardigan is knitted from the top down. All sections of the cardigan are worked back and forth in the simple lace pattern.

Choosing which size to knit
The Faber Cardigan is a simple design, which can be worn both with a classic fit (approx. 5-15 cm of positive ease) and with an oversized fit (approx. 20-40 cm of positive ease). For this reason, I have chosen to give the sizes numbers instead of calling them small, medium, large etc.
Choose which size to knit by determining what kind of fit you want, i.e. how much positive ease you would like your Faber Cardigan to have. If you need help figuring this out, try measuring a cardigan or jacket that fits the way you would like your Faber Cardigan to fit and choose the size that is closest to having the same bust circumference.

The light cardigan in the photos is worn with approx. 30 cm 11¾ inches of positive ease.

The dark sweater is worn with approx. 6 cm 2¼ inches of positive ease.
