Cozy & versatile, the Fable Shawl is a beauty that is super fun to stitch & wear! Wear it like a shawl as a light layer or wear it like a big chunky triangle scarf for colder weather! Add tassels or fringe to it for added flare if you’d like! Every row is different and it has a ton of fun, funky stitches for an added challenge.

Size: Makes a 29x60’’ shawl, but the pattern can be stopped at any time to make it smaller OR repeated to make it larger
Difficulty: intermediate - there are a bunch of funky stitches, but photo tutorials are given for each special stitch.

Materials: 760-810m of worsted weight yarn and 5 or 5.5mm hook (depending on personal preference). The blue shawl pictured was made with a 5 and the earth toned shawl was made with a 5.5. The shawl can potentially be made with any yarn weight you choose, you’ll just want to add or subtract row repeats.

Pictured shawls were made with 2 skeins of Red Heart Roll With It Melange and 1.5 skeins of Hobbii Jarbo Cookie
