SKILL LEVEL
The pattern requires familiarity with the basic amigurumi stitches and is thus suitable for advanced beginners or intermediate crocheters.

YARN
This pattern was made using a fine cotton yarn (yarn weight 2). The specific amount of yarn needed depends on which hat option is made. It is possible to make Freddie using a different yarn weight, just be aware that this will affect the estimates for the amount of yarn, the final size of the toy, the size of safety eyes as well as the size of hook needed.

The main body and wings needs around 104 yds / 95 m of red yarn. Around 13 yds / 12 m of yellow and a small amount of black yarn.

OTHER SUPPLIES NEEDED
For the pattern a US 2 (2,5 mm) sized crochet hook was used. You will also need a sewing needle, scissors, fibre fill and stitch markers.
