Sample Hat in size L shown knitted using 1 skein of each color of DK weight natural un-dyed wool yarns from Mountain Laurel Yarn Shetland. 90-100 yards each skein.
It fits head circumference 20”-22”. You will need 90-100 yards of each color. This hat is worked in the round, stranded, fair isle.
You may substitute yarns as long as you get the right gauge. You may substitute needle size as long as you get the gauge.

Needle: US #6 and US #7 16” circular needles and US #7 DPN for the top of the hat or using Magic Loop method.
Markers: 1 color for the start of the round and the rest of a different color.
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
