Fair Skies is knit in the beautiful merino/ silk blend Opulence from The Woolen Rabbit. Simple stockinette stitch with rib trims and a little ruffle detail makes Fair Skies a very versatile piece.
Fair Skies is worked in one piece from the bottom up, it is then separated and the fronts and back are worked separately. The sleeves are worked by picking up stitches around the armhole and working simple short row sleeve caps then they are worked down in the round. The only seaming is at the shoulders.
