Fairfield is a long open front cardigan with a beautiful lace panel on the back and convenient pockets on the front. It is worked from the top down with raglan shaping for the sleeves and a-line shaping for the body. Both charted and written instructions are provided for the lace pattern.

Construction:
Stitches are cast on for the yoke which is worked flat and shaped with raglan increases. Stitches are set aside for the sleeves and the body is worked down in one piece with shaping. The sleeve stitches are placed onto dpns and worked down in the round. Finally stitches are picked up to work the front band.
