This lace shawl is knitted from the top down. At the beginning of your knitting, it has a triangular shape, which is progressively transforming into a semicircular one.

Level of Skills: from intermediate to advanced.

Yarn: It is recommended to use any natural fiber yarn (linen, cotton, wool, and silk) or, at least, a yarn with a minimum synthetic content; approx. 500–800 m (547–875 yds) per 100 g.
Finished size and yarn consumption will depend on yarn choice, needle size and your individual manner of knitting.

Two sizes are available: Medium (MODEL A) and Small (MODEL B). Model B will use less yarn than Model A.

Limbažu Tīne Artistic Yarn (100% wool; 800 m (875 yds)/100 g).
The sample required 640 m (700 yds) / 80 g.
Size 3 mm (US 2) circular needles
Size 1.6 mm crochet hook for binding off

Finished measurements: 170 cm (67 inches) wingspan and 85 cm (33½ inches) deep, relaxed after blocking.
