Falling Amber
by Martha Leung
This pullover mimics the physical, slow, twisting motion of a leaf drifting to the ground in Autumn. Hope you like it.
The range of ease across all sizes is 16cm / 6.3”.
I used Pigment & Ply, Suri Silk Lace Yarn, but you can substitute with any lace yarn in the same gauge.
PATTERN NOTES
- This sweater is worked in one piece top down.
- The yoke is first worked in rounds on circular needles to create a scalloped neckline and intricate lace pattern.
- The rest of the sweater is made in simple stockinette.
- Lace is added to the hem and cuffs to reflect the autumn leaves.
- I-cord bind-off is used on the hem and cuff.
