This light and airy asymmetric shawl starts off in simple stockinette, then switches to an easy-to-memorize stitch pattern featuring rows of eyelets and slipped stitches, and finishes in a contrasting i-cord bind-off. Choose any two skeins of fingering weight yarn that look and feel good together (experiment with combinations of both colour and fibre content), and this pattern will show them off beautifully.
