Pattern is the same for all sizes; size changes are made by using larger or smaller hook and different weight yarn.

For smallest size, pattern calls for 50 grams baby-weight (fingering to sport) yarn; for larger sizes, pattern calls for 100 grams of yarn to acheive gauge for desired size.

3.5 inches: 8 sc/inch on B hook.
4.5 inches: 7 sc/inch on D hook.
6 inches: 5 sc/inch on F hook.
8.5 inches: 4 sc/inch on G hook.
11 inches: 3 sc/inch on J hook.
