Fair Isle adult (one size) unisex winter hat knitting pattern. The hat is knitted in the round using Rowan Alpaca Soft 70% Virgin Wool 30% Alpaca, Weight DK/Light. However, any 100% super-wash wool yarn DK/Light will work nicely.

The hat is quite stretchy and really warm - perfect for cold, windy days out hiking. The name “Fancy” is the name of a mountain/hill in Co. Wicklow, Ireland.
