The tutorial includes simple instructions for changing both the height and circumference of the hat as well as vivid illustrations and step-by-step instructions which make it accessible for most skill levels (beginning intermediate and above suggested). I have also included some of my favorite techniques such as the foundation sc and standing dc to enhance the appearance of the hat if desired.
