Named for the lone island in Lake Tahoe, a beautiful alpine lake straddling the California/Nevada border, Fannette is a half-circle wrap that features a lace design suggestive of Tahoe’s pine forests. Beginning from the center top, it starts with bands of garter stitch separated by rows of eyelets, and then transitions into the delicate lace pattern. Knit in a fingering weight silk that is evocative of Tahoe’s clear blue depths, Fannette is light yet warm enough to chase away the chill of a cool mountain evening.
