When I think of summer, I think of Lavender fields and days spent on the farm. I think of simple meals, giant glasses of wine and the smells and sounds that accompany an evening with friends and family on the patio - overlooking the bluff. I think of my bare-footed littles running carelessly in the fields, arms spread open wide, giant smiles plastered on their faces. If I close my eyes I can even hear their giggles dance through the breeze. I think of the evening sounds of all the creatures that slowly make their way out of their hiding places once the heat has suppressed for a small while. The running water as i slowly fill the tub, the lavender soap from our neighbors farm, and the simple textured cotton clothes I stock the washroom with. These beautiful cloths are full of a simple yet elegant texture, sure to become your next favorite washing cloth to make.
