Velvet pumpkins are a perfect touch for any fall decor! This beginner friendly pattern can be knit in just a few hours and is available in three sizes: small, medium, and large.

There are also optional instructions for how to knit an i-cord stem for a special touch or just add a fun little branch for a more rustic feel!

Gauge is not important with this pattern and the pattern is only a two row repeat, so it’s a perfect movie watching project! Samples use about one skein {80 yards (73 meters)} of Yarn Bee Velvety Smooth in the olive and ivory colorways, but you can choose a similar bulky weight yarn. Sample also uses about a yard of Ístex Léttlopi in the Acorn colorway to make the i-cord stem.

Materials needed: tapestry needle, scissors, Poly-Fill stuffing, tape measure, stitch marker, sticks for the stalks (or knit a simple i-cord and tack down using tapestry needle).
