For accessibility this pattern collection is available in my etsy.com shop. This striking cape has a color-work design that is far more complicated in appearance than it is to make. The entire cape is loom knit in a single piece on a 60 peg, 1/2 inch gauge loom. It is wonderful to see the cape “grow” from your loom. Additional repeats may be added to the center back panel for a wider cape. The pattern is quiet long, but the directions are given row by row, step by step, color by color. Any loom with 60 pegs may be used, but of course the cape’s size will change. For this pattern, the 60 pegs are a “fixed” number.

The Fascination Shawl pattern is part of a multi-part .pdf ebook, that includes a 24 point large print text file (90 pages), a 12 point paper-saver file (36 pages), cover, 6 pages of photos, and two pages of diagrams.

My patterns are low vision and screen reader accessible. The text is black, Arial and large print 24 point font. All of the directions are fully written out and no charts are relied on to complete the patterns. No italics are used. They are screen reader and tablet friendly.
