Fascinator Witch Hat or the Miss Howard hat

Fascinator style hat that can be secured to hair with long hair pins or attached to a headband.

Easy crochet pattern;
Must know single crochet, Increase stitch, Decrease stitch, Double Crochet Increase stitch.

Start with a chain 4 and join.

Gauge is not that important.

I like to use a sturdy medium weight yarn like Caron One Pound Yarn because this yarn feels a little more ‘weighty’ than other medium weight yarns, but use what yarn you like.
