This blanket is dedicated to my two favorite people.
Even though I used the same ornaments and almost identical colors for the two variations, I created two completely different blankets. Like father and son: they have a lot in common but are still two unique individuals, both beautiful in their own way!

This is a CAL (=Crochet Along) starting on December 1, which means that you pay for the pattern once and it will be published step by step. The pattern will be updated in your Ravelry account, so make sure you are logged in when purchasing the pattern. Additionally you will get an email with a download link for the updated version.
You can join the CAL any time you want. After the CAL has been finished (Feb 16, 2024) you will get the complete pattern in one file.

The pattern includes 10 different mosaic ornaments and two options for the envelope border.

The Maxi version is about 133cm x 188cm (without border), the Mini version is about 90cm x 120cm (without border).

The pattern comes with full written instructions, 10 printable charts, a photo tutorial for the first rows to get you started and a guide for the double border (including two charts for the corners).

The blanket is made in overlay mosaic technique, so you will need at least two contrasting colors. You get detailed information on the colors used for the blankets and the required amounts for the different mosaic parts.

The overlay mosaic technique requires only basic stitches: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet

Diese Decke ist meinen beiden Lieblingsmenschen gewidmet.

Die Anleitung beinhaltet 10 verschiedene Mosaikmuster und zwei Varianten für den doppelten Rand.

Die Anleitung beinhaltet schriftliche Anweisungen, 10 Häkeldiagramme, ein Fototutorial zu den ersten Reihen, und Erläuterungen zum doppelten Rand inkl. 2 Häkeldiagramme für die Ecken).

Die Decke wird in Overlay Mosaik Technik gearbeitet, daher benötigst du mindestens zwei kontrastreiche Farben. Alle verwendeten Farben werden mit Mengenangaben detalliert aufgeführt.

Für die Overlay Technik benötigst du nur einfache Stiche wie Luftmasche, Kettmasche, feste Masche und Stäbchen.
