The FCK NZS sweater is a bold statement sweater. It is knitted top-down in the round using the contiguous shoulder construction. The motif itself can be knitted using a combination of various different techniques like intarsia, intarsia in the round, stranded colourwork or even ladderback jaqaurd. The pattern describes 4 ways to knit the motif so you can chose your personal favorite.

You also will find 5 sizes of the motif in the pattern so you can choose how big you want the motif to be. The pattern is suited for advanced knitters - or everyone who loves a challenge! The pattern also describes 2 different variants for knitting the hem & cuffs - you can chose which one you prefer! The pattern has been professionally tech-edited.

The white sweater is my 3rd finished FCK NZS sweater. For the first one in 2020, i only purled the motif. The second on in 2022, i knitted the sweater flat, starting from the front bottom-up. I messed up the neck and once again learned the hard way that knitting flat just doesn’t work for me. I started in January 2024 with the attempt to make a third FCK NZS sweater that is worked in the round and will become a pattern too. The final pattern is now released in autumn 2025 so you see: it was a loooong way :-D

The white sweater is knitted in size 4 while the motif is the smallest one. I would chose a bigger motif for my next sweater.

Note:
This pattern has been made not with regards to profits but the global rise of right-wing fascist parties. I am german, and this has been a common sweater motif here for years. I will donate 100% of the profit made from sales of this pattern to KZ memorials throughout europe.

Last but not least, don’t forget knitting this sweater is supposed to be fun and NZS suck - always!
