This hat gives you a chance to play with colour. It uses simple charted motifs and stranded knitting to produce a one of a kind hat - you choose which motifs you use, and in which order to make your own unique hat.

The hat is knit with 8 ply (DK) yarn and knit in the round from the brim upwards using circular needles and magic loop (or double-pointed needles).

Sizes: Small (approx 50cm in diameter), medium (approx 52cm in diameter) and large (approx 57cm in diameter) if knitted at gauge given.

A great way to learn stranded knitting and to use up some scraps of 8 ply yarn.
