Feed the Birds socks
“Feed the birds, tuppence a bag…”
I knew I wanted to make socks with birds, but it wasn’t until I got this yarn that I knew what I exactly wanted to do. This multi color yarn reminds me so much of bird seed, and with the slip stitch cable pattern it perfectly resembles scattered seeds.
PATTERN INFORMATION
Sock is worked cuff-down starting with a simple ribbed cuff, then colorwork, then a slip stitch cable pattern for the rest of the sock. The heel is a traditional heel flap and gusset.
