This fun bowl is quick and easy to knit and felt then transformed into felt by simply washing it!

Why not fill it with festive nuts or sweets?
Or leave a couple of mince pies and some carrots in it, for Santa and Rudolph on Christmas Eve?

My pattern contains clear and detailed instructions to guide you step by step through knitting making up and felting this festive bowl.

Felted Size 8cm (3” high x 22cm (8.5”) wide

Yardage 2 x 50g balls Red pepper
1 x 50g ball Pearl

Recommended Yarn
Freedom wool
Red pepper 1117
Pearl 1101 shade 10

If you wish to use a substitute yarn -
Rico creative Filz or cascade 220 (held double)
(use 8mm needles )

You will also need
A spare 10mm knitting needle to work the points.

Basic stitches used in this design
st st - knit 1 row, purl 1 row (counts as 2 rows)
Inc- increase 1 stitch by knitting into front and then back of the same stitch
k2tog- knit the next 2 stitches together
p2tog - Purl the next 2 stitches together

SUITABLE FOR- Confident beginners or Intermediate knitters. If you can do stocking stitch and follow a pattern I explain the rest as you go along.
