The finished size of this beret is determined by the 1/4” elastic that is cleverly inserted into the band while knitting. You only need one of the project yarns. Two variations are shown in the book. Both recommended yarns are discontinued. Any worsted weight wool or wool blend yarn that will felt is a good substitute. The featured project was made with two skeins of Noro Kureyon.
