This is a simple pattern designed based on the magic loop technique. If you haven´t tried this technique, the pattern can be adapted to dpn´s or a small circular needle quite easily.

The pattern is based on one color, however, once you´ve made a couple pairs, you can easily add stripes or coloured patterns if you´d like - you could even embroider something in a contrast yarn after knitting, prior to felting.
