I originally created this pattern to see which of my yarns (not labeled), was feltable! My kids love to play with these toys- they just seem to capture the imagination!
Also a great stashbuster! Uses only about 40 yards total (13 of each color-although, it would take less, if you use more colors).

About 40 Yard Bulky Weight, Feltable Yarn (Wool, Alpaca, similar)
Size US 11 Needles (straight)
Tapestry Needle
Felted measurement: about 9” long, 3 1/2” circumference
