This elegant cowl is named after the crystallized patterns of ice that can appear on windows during the winter. It can be worn fitted over the shoulders or draped loosely around the neck. The open lacework and slanted decreases work together to produce an accessory that will definitely be noticed.

CONSTRUCTION NOTES
This accessory is worked in the round from the top down. Stitches are cast on and worked using the smallest needle. After the pattern chart is worked once, stitches are then worked with the next larger needle. After the pattern chart is worked twice, stitches are then worked with the largest needle until they are bound off.
